SCRIPTURE PRACTICE

There are many promises connected to the scriptures. “Blessed are those whose delight is in the law of the Lord” (Psalm 1). It’s a lamp to our feet and light for our path. It is living and active. All scriptures is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, correction, rebuking, and training for righteousness. Man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. God’s words are life to us and one of the richest sources of blessing God has given us. By them we are guided, given wisdom, purified, sanctified, set free, and transformed. This is why we seek to immerse ourselves in the God’s word. We want to know Him, know His voice, and allow His living words to work in our lives to shape us and transform us into His likeness.
